Terms & Conditions for the learning area:

After making the payment, the user will have access to the Fleur de Lys Atelier website, and for a period of 1 years, to the content of the purchased course.

The user who purchases a workshop or course will hereby be classified as “student” and will receive login credentials (including a password) for his/hers exclusive use and access to his/hers personal area.

The student may not under any circumstances disclose or assign his access data to third parties, under penalty of immediate cancellation of access to his personal area, regardless of other legal actions.

After the period of access to the workshop has ended, the student will no longer have the right to access the workshop and the respective content will not be available.

All content and materials available on the workshops website, such as audio and video classes, slides, illustrations and images, examples, photos, are protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws, on behalf of Helena Simões.

The payment for the workshops can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. Payment by bank transfer, as it is a non-immediate payment method, requires the amount paid in our account to be validated. After this validation, access to your personal area will be granted.

After making the purchase and payment, the student will receive an email confirming the registration.

Terms & Conditions for the store area:

Fleur de Lys delivers to the following countries (preencher com todos os países para onde envia), from Monday to Friday.
Our delivery service in Portugal is assured by (preencher com transportadora).

Returns ( Within the European Union):

You have the opportunity to return any product ordered on the Fleur de Lys Atelier website within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the receipt of your order.

Ordering:

First, search our product categories, there you will be able to see our range of products. By clicking on the item you wish you will see the product page with all the information you need to make your decision. If you decide to buy, choose the item and click “add to cart”. You may delete products at any time by accessing the “Cart page”. You can also add more products or go straight to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you will be able to see the shipping fees by indicating your shipping address.

If you create an account with us, you will be able to view your orders history and all information associated with each order.
