By using the Fleur de Lys Atelier website and/or by purchasing a Fleur de Lys Atelier online workshop and/or by purchasing a Fleur de Lys product, the user agrees to hire HELENA CECILIA OLIVEIRA SIMOES via the Internet, under the following terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions for the learning area:

After making the payment, the user will have forever access to the Fleur de Lys Atelier website and to the content of the purchased online course.

The user who purchases a course will hereby be classified as “student” and will receive login credentials (including a password) for his/hers exclusive use and access to his/hers personal student area.

The student may not under any circumstances disclose or assign his access data to third parties, under penalty of immediate cancellation of access to his personal area, regardless of other legal actions.

All content and materials available on the workshop’s page, such as audio and video classes, slides, illustrations and images, examples, photos, are protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws, on behalf of Helena Simões.

The payment for the courses can be made by bank transfer, Paypal and for users in Portugal and/or using Portuguese payment systems, there is also available the following payment methods: MBway and Ref. MB. MBWay and Ref. MB payments are supplied and managed by Eu Pago – Instituição de Pagamento. Payment by bank transfer, as it is a non-immediate payment method, requires the amount paid in our account to be validated. After this validation, access to your personal area will be granted.

After making the purchase and payment, the student will receive an email confirming the registration.

Terms & Conditions for the store area:

Fleur de Lys ships physical products to the following countries: Portugal and countries that belong to the European Union.

Our delivery service in Portugal and in the European Union is managed by Shiptimize who works with the best and most reliable shipping companies. Upon purchase we will inform you of which shipping courrier will deliver your order.

Returns ( Within the European Union):

You have the opportunity to return any product ordered on the Fleur de Lys Atelier website within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the receipt of your order.

Ordering:

First, search our product categories, there you will be able to see our range of products. By clicking on the item you wish you will see the product page with all the information you need to make your decision. If you decide to buy, choose the item and click “add to cart”. You may delete products at any time by accessing the “Cart page”. You can also add more products or go straight to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you will be able to see the shipping fees by indicating your shipping address.

If you create an account with us, you will be able to view your orders history and all information associated with each order.
