Can I change plans after joining?
+Yes. Upgrade at any time — the amount already paid is deducted proportionally. Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your Founding Member status is permanent regardless of level changes.
How do mentorship sessions work?
+Sessions are 60-minute 1:1 video calls with the artist. After joining, you receive a scheduling link. Legacy: 1 session/year; Essence: 2 sessions/year. Sessions do not carry over between years.
What does installment billing via Gumroad mean?
+Gumroad allows annual plans to be split into quarterly payments — typically 3 instalments — with a small processing difference vs. paying upfront. This option appears directly at checkout.
Are new ebooks and designs added automatically?
+Yes. Every new piece of content is immediately available to members at the corresponding level — at no additional cost. The library grows continuously.
Can I cancel at any time?
+Monthly plans are non-cancellable — your subscription renews automatically each month for as long as you remain a member. Annual plans can be cancelled to stop renewal at the end of the year; the remaining period is non-refundable.
Is the Early Bird price guaranteed?
+The Early Bird discount of 25% applies to your annual plan and is locked in for the full first year. After renewal, the standard annual price applies.
